Our Journey

Welcome to Tandoori Tadka, Saskatoon's celebrated destination for authentic Indian cuisine. Founded by Subash Panwar in January 2021 and opened at 527 Nelson Rd #9 in northeast Saskatoon, our journey began with a passion for bringing the vibrant culinary heritage of India — particularly the bold Indian traditions — to the heart of Saskatchewan. What started as a single location has grown into a two-location brand, with our second Saskatoon location at 303 Cope Ln in Stonebridge — complete with a full bar serving cocktails, beer, wine and spirits.

Our thoughtfully curated menu is a celebration of aromatic biryanis, rich and layered curries, sizzling tandoori specialties, and freshly baked naan straight from our traditional clay oven.
